🟢 7-Day Easy Replacement Policy

We offer a 7-day easy replacement policy from the date of delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you can request a replacement within 7 days.


✅ Eligible for Replacement

You can request a replacement if:

✔ Product is damaged or defective
✔ Wrong item delivered
✔ Product has manufacturing defect


❌ Not Eligible

We do not accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

❌ Used or worn product
❌ Physical damage after delivery
❌ Change of mind / dislike


📦 Replacement Process

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery
  2. Share:
    • Order ID
    • Product photos/video
  3. Our team will verify and approve the request
  4. Replacement will be shipped within 2–4 working days

💰 Refund Policy

  • We do not provide refunds for Cash on Delivery orders
  • Only replacement is available

🚚 Shipping Charges

  • Replacement is free of cost if issue is valid
